I would rate this whole experience as excellent if it wasn't for an experience we had with our room. We had been checked in for about an hour and a half, resting before we got ready to attend an event, when someone opened our door & started to come in. About 10 min. later, the desk clerk came to our door and said that someone else had requested this room (online?), as it was larger, and they asked us to move to a different room. We really weren't given an option and were consequently moved to a smaller room. No compensation or options were given to us. As it was our anniversary celebration that I had booked 4 months in advance, it was very disappointing. I felt they could have done better!

Great location to MOA. Nice airport shuttle, pool, and daily water bottles.

The hotel is beautiful and cozy and perfectly located. Staff are very nice and I'm still in love with the brick and wood deco.

The breakfast was very fast food like. Not as great as they used to have, but love the spacious rooms gray for families

Everything was good, just need some vending machines or sell pop/water/juice, chips, chocolate bars and such behind the desk!
