When we booked the hotel we stayed with another family. We both called 3 weeks prior to our stay to request that our rooms be near each other, they said that was no problem. When we checked in, right at 4:00, they said they didn’t have any rooms near each other but said we were “basically on top of each other” our rooms were on different levels and opposite ends of the hotel :( The water park was overcrowded, they only had about half the amount of tubes they should have had. Our kids had to wait 5-10 min sometimes to find a tube to be able to used the slides. The line to get food/drinks was about 20 min long each time we wanted something. We would have brought food in to cover the lack of opportunity at the water park but they were very strict about no outside food. I feel if you are going to be checking bags for outside food and not allowing it you should have the capacity to serve food and drinks in a timely manner. Also, the water park is only open for a few hours a day unless it’s the weekend. We came for our spring break and the kids could only swim from 4-9. The queen suite room was clean and spacious, but the rest of the hotel needs attention. Wouldn’t stay here again unless they fix the water park issues.

Building is so LOUD, doors slamming, kids running and screaming. Carpet in the room is literally coming up and frayed strings every where. The vents have about a inch of dust/mold. Furniture is absolutely filthy with stains. The whole hotel is disgusting and will be writing more reviews to warn others !!

Stay was OK. Room could've been cleaner. Waterpark was ridiculously crowded. It seemed VERY over sold during the day. Other waterpark hotels we have stayed at have been much less crowded. There were no open tables or chairs. It would be nice if it was open a little later so people staying at the property could avoid the crowds a bit. Property is getting remodeled, so it was a bit messy, it would seem to make more sense to work on one wing at a time rather than the entire center half of a floor that everyone must walk through. For the price paid, I would've expected it to be a bit nicer than it was.

it needs some love and updates. The pool area is very dirty and gross. The bottom of the pool and edges around are scratchy. My toddlers have so many scrapes and bruises from the pool because the bottom is so rough. The rooms could use better carpet cleaning. They also should have a texting system where they can text their guests on capacity updates with the pool. I called the day before and they said I could purchase 11 extra wrist bands. When I showed up to check in the next day they basically laughed in my face and were super rude. We won't be staying there again.

We went there for the water park and kids thoroughly enjoyed that however it was opened later than advertised on the first day. They have plenty of lifeguards and areas to sit in pool area. Concessions were not open during lunch for some reason when we were there so we had pizza brought in.

They're in the middle of a remodel too it was a little bit harder on the staff, but they were still as pleasant as they could be in their circumstances. They worked hard and were all very hard workers there. From the front desk to the overnight staff at the front desk to the workers in the kitchen to the workers serving in the buffet. Even the lifeguards you can tell we're working hard. There was unfortunately I sad incident at the pool where there was an almost drowning and they had to evacuate the pool area and they seem to be efficient and quick to respond to the need and the girl ended up being OK it sounded like. Praise God. It rooms are very clean and the housekeepers were very kind. Keep up the good work you have a beautiful establishment we will come back again probably Someday if possible.
