Our room was very large, but the sofa bed was incredibly worn and uncomfortable for our son to attempt to sleep on. Room was clean, though it does show some wear/age in places and some spots seem to have been missed during the checkout cleaning process. Pool was small but nice and warm. Gym area was fantastic. "Very kid friendly, please know this place is by the hwy so you will hear cars. The shuttle take and pick you up from the mall. Totally awesome, they have taken care of this facility! Will stay again"

"It was nice to have a shuttle bus take us to the Mall of America and back. Check-in was easy except they require you to pay for parking which seems ridiculous since it’s not a parking garage in a downtown."

"It is a great location for visiting the Mall of America, I would suggest this hotel if that were the focus of your stay. The front desk staff were efficient enough but not too friendly, there was no room safe as was indicated in the online description, when I asked about it, I was treated as the problem rather than the fact that their online room details were wrong.
Room service only on Mon, Wed, Fri. If you want clean towels on any other day, be prepared to receive the disdain of the hotel...

"Great hotel, but the beds and pillows need a major upgrade. One night and I had bad back and neck pain. They also answer the phone over helping guests in the lobby first which I thought was quite unprofessional."
