“We found a dirty nail laying on the middle of the hallway floor in our room, very concerning considering we had our 2 young children with. The hot tub didn’t have enough water in it, so the jets just sprayed right out. The hot tub was also cold, the jets were pumping out cold water. Not impressed with this stay.”
