"Excellent location. Close to Lake Champlain. Many trails and other attractions close by. Very large kitchen with most tools needed to prepare a meal. Pleasant living room with electric fireplace heater that made space warm and inviting. Well insulated house. Did not hear traffic or weather noise. Only negative is the strong sulfur smell from well water which we never got used to in spite of tips from management. Decided to buy water for drinking and cooking. "

Unfortunately the water heater has corroded through and the water from the taps is murky orange and reeks of hydrogen sulfide. A new water heater and a proper cleaning would make this a much better destination."
