We loved our stay at this property!! The house has everything you could need to make it feel like home. From food storage supplies, to soaps, to linens to games and toys and children's accessories.... we did not need to go to the store for anything other than food for our 4 day stay. There were 8 adults in our party, (1) 11 year old, (2) 4 year olds and (2) 1 year olds. The space is quiet and we loved sitting on the golf course watching golfers. The park across the street has great grass to play in and the kids had fun swinging.The home was very clean, all linens smelled and felt fresh and there were plenty of them. Since every bedroom has a bathroom there was never a line to wait! Overall this is one of our favorite stays and we will be back!

This place is heavenly

This is a beautiful home! It was perfect for our three families- so much space inside and out. This is the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen- so many plates and glasses and every kind of cookware you can want. The home is well taken care of and you feel like you are staying in a luxury resort. Homeowners are so responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Family wedding at Suncadia

Stayed at this beautiful, comfortable property for a destination wedding at Suncadia. Home was a perfect home base during the weekend. Four family’s shared the home and had plenty of room to gather, spread out and have privacy. The patio was an awesome place in both the morning and evening; the view overlooking the golf course was beautiful. The fire pit, hot tub and BBQ were a hit! The homeowner stocks the house with most every basic need and much more! The furnishings are top notch and well cared for. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the property and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again!

Perfect for our family getaway

Our family group of 11 enjoyed a long weekend at this home, and we all agreed it was one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was very clean, modern high end appliances and the owners stocked everything and more. Each room had en suite bathroom. Really, there isn't anything this home is missing. There is a small park across the street the kids loved popping over to swing and play catch at. Everything went very smoothly and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Fabulous Home for our family get together

Wow - what a great property! We had a family get together to celebrate our Mom's 95th birthday. I can't say enough about how nice the home was and well it worked out for us. A great layout to host a group and an extremely well stocked kitchen. Everyone was quite impressed.

Group Suncadia Trip

This is far and away the best equipped house I have ever rented for a group trip I have ever stayed at. Every detail was thought through when putting organizing the home from kitchen utensils, to towels, kids toys/plates/sleeping areas. Really can’t say enough great things about this property and it is beautiful to boot. Thanks Kara for opening your house to us!

Great Property at Suncadia!

We rented this home for a family vacation. It was perfect for our large family including 8 kids that range in ages from 1-13. We have stayed at many Suncadia properties and this is by far the best one we have stayed at. We will definitely be looking to book this home in future stays at Suncadia!

Absolutely delightful property

We were 3 families all with children who stayed here for a get-together. We've stayed in rentals all over the country, and this one is top-notch. Clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was almost as well stocked as my own at home and laid out in such a logical, organized way. Beds were very comfortable, and linens were soft and lovely. The view through the back windows and patio of the golf course was gorgeous! We said multiple times that it felt more like we were staying at a good friend's house than a rental property. Every detail was designed for ease and comfort.

Wonderful house for multiple families

We have stayed at multiple different houses in Suncadia over the years and this one was by far our favorite. It was well stocked, a great location, and perfect size for the four families with kids ranging from 2-7. The kids loved s’mores by the fire pit and it was easy to walk to parks and the winery. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our favorite house!

My friend group of four families has done NYE together in various locations for over a decade. This was by far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed! We love to cook big meals together, and this gorgeous, well-appointed kitchen had everything you could possibly need to make delicious drinks and food. It was such a pleasure to cook there! Our kids are all teens now, and they had the best time hanging out in the bunk room and playing air hockey and ping-pong. We all did puzzles by the fire, took long walks around the property, and enjoyed the spacious back patio area. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for everyone, luxury touches like high-end linens and towels that smelled great. We loved this property and thank the hosts for making it so special!

The BEST VRBO we've ever stayed at

Immaculate! Great furniture! So well-provisioned! It had everything we needed and space for everyone!! We were here over Thanksgiving with 3 families - everyone loved their room and were super comfortable. We had people of all ages and there was something for everyone. We will definitely be back since this is the nicest VRBO we have ever rented!

Family birthday celebration

This house was ideal for our group … 3 couples and three little ones ages 2, 3, & 4. Lots of room for everyone! The house was absolutely immaculate and beautifully designed. We all felt that it was by far the nicest rental property we had ever stayed at. An extra bonus, there were plenty of toys for the little ones to play with, and they loved using the hot tub as a swimming pool! Kara was super responsive and helpful at all times. INCREDIBLE!

This is the most beautiful home I have ever been in! Absolutely nothing lacking here. Every piece of furniture is so comfortable, the beds were luxurious, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. First class!

My family stayed here for our annual summer gathering and we were so lucky to come across this amazing property and location. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided very detailed instructions. The amenities were truly first class and the attention to detail indoors and outdoors was unmatched! We definitely hope to return to this property again, it was perfect for our group of 8. Best rental in Suncadia

We have been renting houses multiple times a year for various vacations in Suncadia for the past 12 years and this house is absolutely amazing. The location is great - right on the golf course with expansive views and a wonderful sense of openness & solitude even though the neighbors are within sight. The house has a great layout - there were 3 families, each with 2 kids per, and we never felt like we were on top of each other OR that the adults were being too loud for the kids to sleep (or vice versa). Also, the fact that all of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms is phenomenal and a huge plus for multiple families sharing a house. But the most delightful surprise was how well the house was appointed - literally anything we could think "oh - I wonder if they have XYZ", we would look and it was there. And not just one set of tired pots & pans, or knives, or plates - everything felt brand-new/high-quality and there was enough of everything to cook a proper meal PLUS storage containers, which is perhaps the most thoughtful touch of all. And on top of all this, the house is decorated brilliantly - from wonderful quality sheets & towels, cool dishes and comfortable furniture, all the way to quirky art at every turn. Really a top-notch home and we can't wait to go back!

Amazing home!

A few families stayed in the house over New Years, the house was absolutely lovely, beds are cozy (nice linens) and this house was by far the best stocked home we have ever rented. The owners thought of everything! The hosts were super helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to book another stay!!

Amazing home, incredible host!

We rented the property over Christmas to host extended family. The weather made travel dicey and Kara reached out and was incredibly accommodating to insure we were able to arrive safely. The home has everything you would need and more, well appointed and great design. We had a 2 year old, 6 year old, and 9 year old and there were age appropriate toys and games for all. The layout is the property is perfect for multiple families to have their own space. Highly recommend!

Christmas retreat

This was the perfect Christmas retreat for my family. It was literally perfect for what we wanted and the property is stocked with everything you need for a short or extended stay. This was truly a perfect experience at Christmas with it snowing and the house decorated for the season.

Thanksgiving getaway

Our family stayed at this amazing property for Thanksgiving. It is extremely well furnished and appointed and had anything and everything we could need. Kara the property manager was very communicative and keep us in the loop. The views of the golf course and trees from the entire first floor will left us in awe and made us feel like we were a world away from everything even though we were minutes away from town, restaurants, groceries etc. and only 90 minutes outside of Seattle. We could see this place being fun year round .

Great spot for college sorority reunion of ten!

The house is spectacular and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and amazingly well stocked. Multiple baking dishes, pots, pans, appliances and storage containers. Service for 24 of plates, bowls and silverware. Every possible gadget you would need. There was even a drawer with organized zip loc bags, Saran Wrap and foil. Such detailed touches created a wonderful experience. There were two refrigerators and a separate ice machine! The view of the golf course was lovely. Back patio amenities like hot tub, fire pit, barbecue and seating were very nice and comfortable. Bathrooms were very large and beautifully appointed. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable. What a lovely retreat for our get together.
