The hotel room was very clean and the beds were great! It has a great Mexican restaurant inside, very good! A great little casino too! This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay there again!

Pleasantly surprised. Check in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and pretty standard. The bed looked like it’s been used a lot, there was a huge sink hole in the middle, but it was still comfortable! Great water pressure and mildly quiet-not sure noise can be completely eliminated in a hotel. It was nice having food options and the food wasn’t gross. The casino is quaint and although folks smoked, it wasn’t as bad as the other reviews I read before booking. The lobby was full of very interesting things that were fun to look at and it poured out throughout the hotel. Overall a good stay and if I ever had to go to Ely again, I’d totally stay here!

The prospector is a very unique and interesting property to stay at. The Cantina, nice and quiet and friendly. The staff… In particular, Debbie, Lori, and Sandi, We’re so helpful. And the people in the restaurant were just as wonderful and all the meals we ate there, was very enjoyable and generously portioned!! The pool facilities were awesome, not very big, but very nice. Whenever staying at Ely, we will definitely want to stay here!👍😎

Its a casino, so its a noisy place. But no worries: they provide disposable ear plugs with your room! The place is busy so getting a luggage cart at check-in and check-out can be tricky. Maybe if the staff weren’t using three of them for laundry carts during the morning check out, one wouldn’t need to follow someone to their car to get one!! But staff are friendly and its very nice to have an on-site restaurant. 👍

The room was clean. Our server at Margarita ‘s restaurant, Meg was wonderful. We asked a question about the big mine nearby & she gave us a brief overview of it. Very informative & we enjoyed the food & drinks. Great place.

Everybody was very helpful. Everybody was good natured very talkable. It was just a nice place to visit. Spend the night. Have a good drink at supper. Good meal enjoy throwing some quarters away in the casino and relaxing room was very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay there again whenever I’m in Ely.

#1 ~The Toilet tank fill valve needs replacing in Room #228 it took a very long time to fill the tank it seemed waterlogged or sediment has built up in it. #2 The Entry door seemed too loose while it closes and the secondary safety dead bolt latched you can shake it back and forth and could intimidate others to seem reluctantly uncomfortable with its security. Other than those two issues I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

The room was spacious, a comfy king bed and very clean. There was an onsite mexican restaurant which had good service and great food. We were given a free drinks voucher on arrival and a free gift from the store. It was suprisingly quiet in the room considering being located in a casino. Would stay here again.
