“Homestay was very centrally located. Can easily walk to most places, or take a short tuktuk ride. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. They booked our Kathakali show and told us about the sights and the ceremony that was going on at the time. Everywhere was very clean. Could have done with another pillow. But Im sure if I'd asked, they would have given me one!”

The homestay was centrally located and hence it wasn't difficult for us to travel to Jew town, beach and temples nearby. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. “Despite me having 5 e-mails to the establishment that i was arriving late (2 am) there was no attempt to organise entry. I had to sleep on the floor outside the apartment that morning. The apartment was comfortable and value for money but it was showing its sge. There was no internet and tv was inoperable. I had the apartment to myself but it could have got pretty crowded if all the rooms were occupied.”

“The property manager was so unprofessional. Although I had a reservation for a day, they didn’t have any room available for my stay. I was completely stranded at midnight and was forced to leave the premises against my will. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience. ”

“It was on a good location. Accessible by public transport. But no parking space. The cleanliness of the room bas average. Also got a feeling that they won't clean/change the bed after the previous guests are checked out.”

“This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher.”
