“Staff was friendly”

“It was clean and the staff was great. The pool is OK. We will probably stay there again. I didn’t pay for the breakfast buffet because for the 10-13 price we could eat elsewhere and have more choices. My one complaint, it is not possible or very hard or tricky to call the front desk. Why isn’t the number posted in the room. Our phone was broken.”

“The room smelled musty, there were dirty towels still wet in the bathroom. And even the toilet was dirty. We were booked for five nights only stayed the one night because we were completely exhausted after driving 14 hours and we just couldn’t go any farther. We left the next morning. I must say the young man at the front desk was very nice replaced the towels and was apologetic but could only offer a business card to the owner to get our refund for the remaining days. And it still cost us……
