“We stayed a week with our family. The location is great for Pigeon Forge, and the hot tub was clean and well-maintained. The master shower had excellent water pressure. Plenty of towels available in the bathrooms, and generous supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee K-Cups. Mattresses were comfortable - I believe they were foam.That said, several window blinds were broken, missing, or just in bad shape. “Stayed in Late October, Early November. Good Location, in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Convenient to everything shopping restaurants attractions and the great Smokey Mountain national Park. Everything was good, internet was slow in this area but there was cable TV. Comfortable enough for my stay. Had to purchase some things to cook with but they had some very basic kitchen supplies, no pans. I purchased some aluminum pans from the Dollar tree, also a few other things I needed like a……

“Amazing Cabin. Very clean, quiet and beautiful. The TVs were preloaded with some accessible apps. The views were amazing and the hot tub was great. My family had a great time. The drive up was a little steep and the driveway is somewhat awkwardly shaped. The hosts ask guests to strip beds, run the dishwasher, take out the trash and adjust the thermostat. “We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. “The view of the lake at this property was absolutely amazing. The home was well done and clean. The large patio and hot tub were especially nice. Lots of other amenities like a grill and fire pit. Perfect for two people. I’m not sure it would be big enough for more unless you’re a light packer. Would definitely stay again! ”
