“I just loved this place. Felt like visiting family on a remote beach. 180 deg. out from all inclusive corporate places. My hut room was spacious, restaurant was real good. Staff super friendly. Plus got warm welcome from the owners dogs who watch over things. If you’re looking for upscale fifth Avenue luxury Hotels this is not it if you wanna get out in nature and kind of feel like you’re camping in a way and just getting away from everything then this is the place. “I made a reservation for three dome accommodations. The pools were beautiful, and the food at Maria was reasonably priced. We were asked to sign a document regarding noise policies because we were told this was intended to be a very quiet and relaxing area. I specifically chose the domes because my children wanted the experience, and the domes themselves were very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the issue occurred at night. “I had to leave after the first night, the room was very dirty, unsanitary and even dangerous. Shower head full of mold, the floor was very dirty black, hot water was on and off, there was not light, walls very dirty, I couldn’t even shower that night, microwave was horrible filthy, bathroom didn’t have curtains and people from the beach were able to see me even though it was the third floor. the hallway and stairs outside the property didn’t have light at all which made it hazardous, I wanted to……

“It wasn’t a good experience. The pool closes at 7pm, the food wasn’t good and the front desk (I wish I got his name) is rude. If you’re disabled don’t even bother going there because they won’t help you. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Out of all the staff I have came cross with only three was nice. I work in customer service and I take that very serious. Don’t waste your money. ”
