We reserved the Honeymoon suite for 3 nights. Having to go either upstairs or downstairs to get to our room was the first inconvenience. We get in the room and start noticing bugs and spiders(many were dead) on the walls. There is a gap at the top of the door allowing all the bugs to come in the room easily. Then I get woken up by my service dog to find roaches everywhere. I woke my husband up, packed all our things into the bed of the truck and waited till 8am for the office to open. I showed the guy at the desk pictures of the room and contacted Expedia immediately to get a refund started. No way was I staying in that hotel any longer.

Good rate and Joseph was very accommodating. Brought me more coffee for the coffee maker in my room. Needs to get ice maker repaired. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

I liked how close to the Great Passion Play the hotel was. But the hotel only had continental breakfast on the weekends, and that was not clear when I looked at the initial hotel amenities list.

Stay was disappointing. The reviews here on Expedia were good, we booked a suite. The room was dirty and badly needs updating / repair. There was what I think was menstrual blood splashed on the wall across from the toilet, there were cigarette burns in the comforter. I was very itchy in the bed. I did not see bed bugs, but the bed made me very itchy. The bed and pillows were very hard. I was very sore the next day. In all fairness, I had back surgery a year and a half ago, but I have taken multiple trips since and this is the first hotel bed that hurt my back. The entire room was carpeted, including underneath the tub and sink, which was not in the bathroom, but in front of the bed. The decor and furniture was very dated, think very much the vibe of staying at your Grandmother's house, but if it was very dirty. The pool is shut down, the cute fire pit area that looks cozy and private in the photos is actually right night to a very busy road. At no fault of the hotel, the location is very loud. Bikers revved engines and blew past our window all night. The hotel is kind of split into two buildings, the lobby, which closes at 8 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends, has the suites in one building on the floor above. To check in or out past those times you have to bother someone via their cell phone after hours, it is not staffed. Outside that building attached is the rest of the rooms. AC also struggled to keep up with AR summer. Would not stay there again or reccommend.

We specifically booked this hotel because they said they had a pool and breakfast. When we arrived, the pool was covered and all patio furniture turned upside down. When we went to check in, there was no one there. We had to call and wait for someone to arrive on the property. When we asked him about the pool and that is why we booked there, He didn’t care and didn’t give a discount. Their ice machine was not working - they had an ice chest sitting out under the steps. I wish I would have taken pictures of the room - the heating light in the bathroom was fully exposed with wires hanging. There was more but the main thing was no pool and no empathy whatsoever. Other guests told us they had no hot water and no care by the owner. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
