Luckily we snuck in through the parking lot because it was not communicated to me that the hotel would be closed before 3pm, and we left our luggage at the front desk. Our luggage was searched through, probably by cleaning people who took in our luggage. Also the lobby is on the second floor and some rooms located on 3rd floor, no elevator. "

"We stay here at least twice a year when we drive from Chiapas to Canada and back. Or any time we are passing through the area. The hotel is extremely clean the service is amazing. The staff is very good. There is secure parking. The fact that it is pet friendly is the main reason we stayed in the first place but we keep coming back for all the above reasons. It is a very safe area as well. The other thing I like is that the price for having a dog is very high as is typical in Mexico but they are also reasonable and give a reduced rate for my tiny 3 lb (1.4 kg) yorkie "

The park near by is paradise for dogs and people alike. Special thanks to the manager Jean Paul and to Karen for going beyond the call of duty. "It was very loud you can hear everyone and everything. People don't respect others. Lots of tv noise. The rooms are so tiny and the bed is very uncomfortable. Our sheets were dirty. We asked to cancel the 2nd night but they wouldn't give us a refund. This is not a hotel. This is a motel. No lock on the door. Feel very insecure."
"The rooms were great and so was the staff. The only downside was that they were doing a construction project in the middle area, building a roof and we weren’t warned about that. There is also an adorable puppy that lives there that is super friendly and fun for the kids to play with."
