For anyone considering staying at this property, I would strongly advice against it. The nature surrounding the hotel is amazing, so I would recommend you stay somewhere else and spend the day there to enjoy the springs. The rooms are really unhygienic, and the staff is horrible. Really rude and not helpful. Our room was filled with dog hair and even after requesting the room to be cleaned we were not helped and instead the staff showed they were annoyed at us for even asking. They did not even come to clean the room afterwards, even after speaking to the hotel manager about it and she saying they would send someone. Moreover, the activities the staff offer are extremely overpriced for what you are getting. We paid for a tour to the ice museum and the person leading the tour just read a piece of paper quietly without even looking or engaging the participants. Honestly, the worst hotel I have stayed at. Should not be called a resort... it is unacceptable. The only good staff is the one working at the hot springs and a few of the servers at the restaurant.
