“Beautiful property! We had the Cypress room which was a 2BR,1 Bath for 4 people. Plenty of room with a fabulous balcony view of grounds and water. The front doors face courtyard with tables and chairs which we ate at for one of our lunches. Full kitchen, incl. stove/dw/mw with treats, coffee/tea fixings. Gas fire pit was lit every night and even though warm outside, so inviting we sat with glass of wine in chairs provided, visited while watching the sun set. Breakfast was included and...

"I stayed at this hotel recently, and the lobby service was very poor. The woman who checked me in was rude and unwelcoming. Later that night, I asked about coffee, and the man at the front desk didn’t even respond verbally, he only used gestures and didn’t acknowledge me properly, which felt very disrespectful. Breakfast lacked variety and was almost the same every day. The only highlight was two members of the breakfast staff, especially a Hispanic lady who was very kind and attentive. Overall, if you are looking for friendly service, this is not the place. I would not stay here again."
