This hotel was EXCELLENT! The location was perfect for walking around downtown Mobile. The 4th floor pool deck was awesome for watching the July 4th fireworks. The staff was incredible from front desk to valets. I was able to get a 1 hour late checkout for free because I’m a Bonvoy member and paid $25 for one additional hour. My only suggestion is that there should be a way to tip the valets via a text link or cashapp.

We had a wonderful view of 4th of July Firework & the river. Our room was very nice and was very updated furniture. But, The landscaping in courtyard needed some work. Saw weeds taking over some flowerbeds.

We enjoyed this beautiful hotel! The staff was very professional and helpful. Our room was a corner on the 6th floor so, though it was beautiful we heard the traffic below and the train that went through the Convention center across the street.
