Summary:

Enjoy this spacious Lodge perched on top of the ridge with incredible views! Plenty of places for the kids to play with 2 living rooms and a loft, dart board, gas firepit, BBQ with propane supplied, and an amazing sled hill in the winter! Master with private jacuzzi tub. Fully equipped kitchen, furnished w/ stainless steel appliances, & Keurig coffee maker. Washer/Dryer. Tons of opportunities nearby for mountain biking, hiking, and fishing and just 22 miles from Breckenridge.



The Space:

Ground Level has a Queen bedroom and a big room with a Queen and two full beds as well as a ground level bathroom. The main floor has the Master with the King bed and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Also on the main floor is another Queen Bedroom. The loft has two twin beds.

Wonderful place to getaway for family. Really neat location for hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, 4 wheeling, hot springs, and relax on the deck. We liked so much that our family rented it for next August.

The beds were comfortable, the comminucatuon with the host was great and the location was beautiful. That said rhe cabin left a bit to be desired. There were visible cobwebs

Wonderful stay! We had a momma and baby Moose right out back our first night/morning! The children (adults too!) Loved that! The house was plenty big for our huge group with all the needed necessities! The town of fairplay and surrounding areas are just so beautiful! Highly recommend.

Lovely property and location

We had a great time. The grill didn't have any gas when we arrived but we got it sorted out, Russ was very helpful! There also wasn't much hand soap for the bathrooms but nothing that we couldn't easily work around. Can definitely recommend!
