Excellent facility, specious and comfy, the appliances were used and not very hygienic and in need of a deep clean. Staff are very friendly, this was my 2nd year of coming to Farnborough and staying at HQ I will still book again next year.

Fantastic couple if nights stay, room was spotless and amenities in room were great everything we needed in kitchen area and more. Supermarket just around corner but plenty of eating places as well. Would recommend much better than the average hotel

Great Place to Stay

Great stay in a handy location for travelling into London. Clean and comfortable with nice extras like L'Occitane toiletries. Road a little noisy but earplugs provided and we were up early anyway.

Great for a night away, well equipped!

A nice and spacious apartment self contained with everything you need for a night away. Staff on hand with any issues- our tv didn’t work- within a minute of calling reception someone arrived to help and tv was up and running in minutes (thank you Andrea 😊)! Would definitely return!

Really lovely apartment, very convenient for supermarkets and able to cook own meals. very well equipped. Can be a little noisy at time dues to the close proximity of the traffic. But not so much as it affected my stay.

My partner and our toddler stayed for 3 weeks, it was wonderful. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional and kind. The apartment is lovely. I can't think of anything we needed that was not provided, they think of everything. The communication is very easy, you can message or phone Front Desk on WhatsApp if there's anything you need. The location is excellent its a very short walk everywhere, the train station, the bus stop and the shopping centre. We were very happy and comfortable during our stay and will definitely return in the near future. I highly recommend The Aparthotel.

Hotel stay

The bed was very firm and not comfortable. The tv in bedroom should also be a smart time with the same channels as the tv in the living space. Should have had more towels in the bathroom for our stay of a week. The dryer took forever to dry clothes or towels.

Whilst the apartment itself was basic but clean and the staff were lovely, no where does it tell you that currently directly outside your window is a building site where the workman start at 5am and when staying for 2 nights this would have been helpful to know as I would not have chosen this location as I am a light sleeper anyway.

The apartment is exactly as described: comfortable, spacious, with almost everything I needed, apart from coffee making apparatus. Not even a cafetiere, just instant sachets. Fortunately I brought my own in-cup reusable filter. Depending on your client base you might want to reconsider. I'm English, and I was surprised. The trays in the dishwasher need replacing as the plastic is coming off. Those points are minor though. I had a great stay in a location that was ideal for my needs. The staff were all lovely: friendly and helpful. Thanks all. Worth the money. Thank you all.
