“Room smelled of mould, mould on rain shower head, evidence of water damage at top of closet.
Nice finishing and modern conveniences, but room has not been properly maintained.
Messaged property to ask about parking (says it’s included) but received no reply/no communication. Ended up having to pay to find parking offsite.
Note that check-in desk is no where near the actual property.
Desk staff were kind, and helpful. Too bad about the mould/maintenance. Could be a great place with better……

“The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router.
We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door……

“Abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla , il divano letto scomodissimo e impossibile da usare . Eravamo in quattro ma c’erano asciugamani solo per due persone. Del resto la stanza aveva altri comfort come lavatrice cucina e aria condizionata.
Parlare con l host è stato impossibile perché l’ufficio sottostante al residence nel weekend è chiuso .”

“Es sieht so aus, dass die großen Zimmer in der Unterkunft "B&B Elegance" einigermaßen komfortabel sind, das von mir gebuchte kleine Junior-Room war dagegen weder bequem, noch angenehm, und aus hygienischer Sicht sogar bedenklich. Das sehr enge, schmale Zimmerchen entstand szs. künstlich, aus wirtschaftlicher Überlegung, durch Teilung eines größeren Raumes (auch der Balkon wurde mit einer Holzplatte abgegrenzt). Das "eigene Bad" entpuppte sich als frei im Zimmer stehendes, nur mit einem Paravent……

1: Communication poor and inefficace. We got a not-working link to complete the check-in. We tried different ways to get in contact with the structure: mail, Whatsapp, telephone. After a long chasing and trials, we got the codes to access the apartment. 2: air conditioning not working in the apartment. We couldn't sleep the full night, as it was 30 degrees and high umidity……

“The check-in experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The receptionist barely paid attention and seemed interested only in checking guests in as quickly as possible. It felt rushed, hectic, and far from professional.
The room itself was acceptable, but the air conditioning in the bedroom was unbelievably loud and not working. Considering it was 36–37°C outside, having a working A/C wasn’t a luxury, it was essential. I reported the issue immediately to the shift manager, who simply……

"It’s a nice old-school hotel which is centrally located between the train station and the old town so ticked all boxes for us. Room was well appointed and dark when it mattered, bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Only negative is that the mini bar was filled with items that auto charge to your account once you move them, so you can’t fit much of your own personal items in the fridge."
