Unique and Spacious

We have stayed at a few places in Fayetteville but this one was by far the best. Owner was super nice and helpful. Lots of room for parking.

Beautiful property

The home is very large and we had plenty of room for our celebration with family and friends. The kitchen is amazing and the beds are a dream. The outdoor space was beautiful as well. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect Graduation Weekend

Unique home and wonderful owners

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property while visiting the kids for the weekend. Reservation process was smooth, owners were quick to answer questions and were very flexible with our arrival and departure as a result of weather. Spacious house with endless seating provided the perfect place to gather with our family and friends for the weekend. We look forward to our next stay.

Clean home with a great location

4 adults stayed in the home and found it to be very clean, well-appointed and had a great location. The upstairs was particularly nice. Our only concern is that we were expecting a 4 bedroom per the listing but found 3 bedrooms and a king-size bed in the common area of the downstairs section (curtains instead of a door for privacy). We would have preferred a proper bedroom for our group. Host was very responsive!

Wonderful gathering place

We loved this property!! We were so lucky that we came during the holiday season so we go to have the charm of Christmas lights and decorations! There was a beautiful quaintness about the way the property was styled. Beautiful bedroom but lots of wonderful spaces to gather with friends and family!! The property managers were so quick to respond to our questions and needs. We would love to be repeat renters!!!

Graduation

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was BEAUTIFUL and cozy and had everything we could possibly need. We were in Fay for our daughter's UArk graduation. We were able to take amazing pictures right there at the house and not find a different spot. Comfortable for Grandma to teen sister. Close to campus, groceries, town center.

Perfect location in Fayetteville for Large Group

We had a fabulous time at this house. It's a perfect location in Fayetteville - easy to get to everything that Northwest Arkansas offers. We loved the space as we had friends and teens with us. Plenty of room for everyone, and we enjoyed meals together in the massive kitchen/living area. Sara was a great host and answered all of our questions and promptly texted us back when we needed anything. Thank you! We hope to visit again!

Great house for a special get together

This is a wonderful house for 4 couples or a large family to rent together. Plenty of parking and a pie shop a few steps away! Roomy but still a warm atmosphere for everyone to hang out. I wish there had been a cabinet to store food in and a closet in the master available for use. I do not like clutter, but would not keep me from renting again!

PERFECT

We rented Jim and Sara’s home for a small family wedding. The home is absolutely gorgeous and very unique. We were all very comfortable as the property is very spacious and we hosted the wedding in the garden on the property. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. Sara and Jim were very accommodating and communication was great. A bonus was the pie shop next door!

Great house, beautiful decor and appliances!

We loved this spacious remodeled home. The only drawback was the main living room upstairs was hot. The rest of the house is very cool but I assume the raised ceilings make it difficult. The owners were very accommodating with check in and out times as we requested a little earlier check in and out due to our travel schedule. Thanks Again!

6th Year and Counting

As our children make their way through University of Arkansas, we have been pleased to make this home a family tradition! This was our sixth year to make this gorgeous place our hub to enjoy a great weekend with our two UARK grads as well as our undergrad son. The room situation has changed since fall of 2018 with a queen size bed now in the middle of a downstairs room that is a little awkward if sharing with other families. But you can't beat the space of this house and the beautiful surroundings. The location is superb! Close to the University and downtown, yet in the hills of Fayetteville. We always take an early morning walk on Saturday and this year didn't disappoint. We saw deer, a hawk and gorgeous birds. The owners are just the loveliest people.
