Have stayed here now multiple times and will be back again great location, staff, and coffee shop are best in the area!

We arrived very nice person checking in gave me information on the room and breakfast times to choose from. The room was very nice, bed was comfy and it had a mini fridge with water and cokes. Microwave and coffee maker coffee was provided and snacks. I called the desk to see what was for breakfast and to tell them what time we wanted it they bring it to your door 1st day was chicken and waffles with fruit and orange juice, 2ed day avocado toast fruit and garlic taste potato. For me Iam not a big breakfast person so it really doesn't matter that much to me, my husband is he loves breakfast. WE have stayed at many bed and breakfast before and that's just what you got waffles or pancakes biscuits and gravy eggs and bacon not all of that in one morning but within the time we were there. Also when we first arrived I was expecting to see a well maintained grounds from what I read in other reviews to me it was not it was rather grown up and was in need of a little TlC. The building we were in we were the only ones there both nights and there was a vehicle parked actually in our parking spot for our room it looked abandoned it had no back glass and l believe the tags were expired when I asked about it I was told they let someone park it there. Not a good look at a place of business. Sorry just my honest opinion. We had a peaceful stay I do think you have a nice place just need to fix a few things.
