“Very cute hotel! Located in secluded, quiet area that made for a relaxing stay. Loved the coffee delivered to room fresh and hot every morning. Enjoyed sitting by the firepit at night overlooking the pool area.”

“The rooms are somewhat dated, but the gathering area and bar downstairs, as well as the location near the square and Dickson street make this a great place to stay”

“The property and location were fine, but not at the same level that Homewood suites usually are. The room kitchen was ill stocked, the dishwasher leaked, and I had to go to the front desk twice to get enough plates and silverware for the two of us. The staff at the front desk were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was a real disappointment, extra water had been added to the oatmeal and the gravy. When I asked the staff to refill the cheese burritos, she glanced up, said in a moment,……

“Mount Sequoyah is a beautiful place to stay. My partner and I were in town for a wedding weekend and wanted something a bit more interesting than your average hotel. Mount Sequoyah gave us the opportunity to unwind and watch the sunset from their lookout spot, walk peacefully and enjoy the grounds and the art, and sit on our porch and experience the wildlife. A mama doe and two spotted babies walked very close to our cabin. Our first night, we did not have warm water for showers, I am unsure……

“Breakfast was great and servers kept the area clean, however the issue was the paper thin door between rooms. You can actually hear the next door conversation as well as their TV. When asked if able to be switched to another room, the response was that all rooms are similar.”

“First off there was blood spatter on the wall and ceiling. Floors were covered in dirt and dead bugs. The kitchen area had grease all over the wall. The microwave was disgusting. It was a smoking room with no ash trays, and there was ash all over the bed sheets. Need i say more?”
