In the middle of the historic center, 7 min walk from the garage; very nice room and breakfast. The room was not ready by the check-in time due to maintenance. We waited 2.5 hours to check in, no water was offered and when I asked if we could have our welcome drink (prosecco) while we waited we were told the bar (?) was closed. Overall a very nice place but for that wrinkle.

It’s ok hotel for fit people but several areas of mold in the bathrooms ( we had friends in another room- same mold) is unacceptable! Extremely dangerous step down at the bathroom entrance- waiting for accident to happen! Great breakfast!

The most beautiful and unique hotel. We were taken care of with their excellent concierge before we even got to Italy. The room was exquisite, the food beautiful and I would recommend the candlelit dinner for two. It was the most wonderful and romantic experience.

"This is a great hotel. It's welcoming and clean. I am very comfortable and have stayed many, many times. My only problem is, I asked for a room with a pool view, but when I got there, I didn't get it. Still, it's always a nice stay."

Ma, l'hotel è molto confortevole, possiede un vasto parcheggio gratuito, è ubicato in periferia (cosa che in una città piccola come Matera è realmente ininfluente) quindi senza le problematiche della ZTL e del traffico ..."
