Il lavabo era otturato e non è stato sistemato durante il soggiorno. La carta igienica non era sufficiente e abbiamo dovuto richiederla. Non ci sono appendini all'interno, gli asciugamani dopo il cambio sono stati riposti in maniera tale da non essere più riconoscibili. ”

“房間很大很乾淨，而且有洞穴的特色。店員的服務很好。他會一早聯絡我，然後教我怎樣到酒店。然後給了我一張地圖告訴我應該怎樣參觀這個小鎮。後來我需要買車票回到Bari，由於火車站在重建，我不知道怎樣買票，店員陪我到車站買了第二天回Bari的票,後來他知道我的行程會去西西里島，他作為西西里島的本地人也告訴我西西里島國旅行景點，我覺得她有非常好的服務態度。”

Das Frühstück war mit Abstand das beste, welches wir in Italien hatten. Martino hat uns jeden Morgen super Tipps zum Erkunden von Matera gegeben.
