It is a very nice property: very clean, that is quite modern, with spacious rooms, and very well located. An advantage to staying here is that there is a parking lot in the back of the property, where you can easily unload your luggage and park the car for your entire stay in Matera, as you will be able to access all important sites in Matera by walking to them. Firstly, the pool is closed currently for maintenance and we really wanted use of it for our last day. Secondly, we booked a family room and instead were given two separate rooms which was fine. However all night right above us there was banging and moving furniture and we did not sleep at all before a 12 hour travel day. Many need a bath and a little medical care, in my opinion, but they were a joy to see whenever we came and went. The wifi did not work in our room at all. Dining in the area is limited, but we did find a nice place for pizza nearby."
