“Firstly arrived and there is rubbish all over the outside. Checked in to have to pay a 150 pound deposit which we didn’t know about. Then went to the room the door handle was broke and door didn’t shut unless key was in back and locked. The toilet was not very stable the room smelt damp my parents room the light switch was hanging off open wires showing. Then wanted some food in their restaurant which they told us was closed for a wedding we looked and it looked shut down and dark. Overall we……

“The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the hotel facilities did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and only blew warm air, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was helpful enough to change another room for me.
The fitness studio is well equipped, but the opening hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM)……
