Muy bueno el hotel, las instalaciones nos toco una habitacion en la zona vieja pero estaba muy comoda y limpia. El unico problema del hotel es el internet. Muy bien ubicado

Las habitaciones son amplias. El personal agradable. El desayuno bueno. Esta un poco alejado son como 15 minutos caminando. Si Ud. Es joven, entonces no lo dude. Si usted es mayor ya sabe la desventaja.

This was my 5th stay at Hotel Lucchesi and I will always stay here when I am in Florence. It’s a charming old hotel with a fantastic staff, especially Romano and Michele, the concierge. The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop bar offers spectacular views at sunset. Its location is perfect and close to everything you want to experience in Florence.

Upon arrival the staff is there to help. The décor is five star and the hotel Is filled with history. The attention to room details, from slippers to nightly notes (weather the next day, etc.) is very comforting

Aldo at the concierge desk was amazing! He helped us w/ so many things during our stay. The hotel is close to so many things. The views from the rooftop bar are spectacular!

Beautiful old world Italy decor, super attentive staff, excellent food and service with a rooftop bar that has an amazing view of Firenze. Overlooking the river with an easy walk to Uffizzi, Basilica, town square, David, Ponte Vecchio and shopping.

The property was fantastic and the people were great. My only comment to the contrary is the air conditioning. Lots of hotels in Italy turn off the air conditioning and only provide heat. This property was no different. I tend to run a bit warm and i like to sleep in a cold room. I was a bit concerned about leaving the window open all night and the fan they provided was very loud. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff just want to help anyway they can. Being close to the river is great too. It is a beautiful stroll in the evening with plenty of place to stop and grab a glass of wine

The best hotel I have ever stayed at, hands down. Free upgrade on the room was beyond appreciated and after already having travelled for a few weeks, my three days here were a much needed Oasis. Everything was lovely. Even every room smelled amazing! What an important touch. Front desk staff extremely pleasant, laundry service amazing, and everything everywhere was spotlessly clean. Just wow. I will be back here my next time I come to Florence, no doubt about it. Thank you!

A magical Christmas experience
We stayed for 5 nights over the christmas period. we have a room with a balcony and had a stunning view over the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were delightful My only minor criticism was that the towels were quite old and worn and the beds were quite hard, but that didn't detract from a wonderful stay ...we'll be back x

Nice and relaxing
Hotel was right on the Arno river just like we wanted and our room was right on the river as well. Unfortunately the roof top was closed due to the bad weather which passed through a couple of days before we arrived. The bartenders were great and made some good drinks for us while we watched some local soccer matches on the bar TV.

This is a very nice, comfortable property. The lobby bar has a wonderful atmosphere. The included breakfast was outstanding, and well staffed. The concierge was very helpful in booking tours and taxis. Our only disappointment was the service at the roof top bar/cafe. The staff was not very welcoming. Two of our group of four ordered spaghetti, which was served cold. We thought maybe it was an "Italian" thing, but later told by another staff member that it should be served hot. Other than that, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay there again.

Trop cher pour la prestation
Hôtel bien cher pour la prestation. Chambre petite, salle de bain vieillotte et minuscule, le lit double est en fait 2 lits simples rapprochés…. Le roof top est le côté positif mais les tarifs sont exorbitants et la piscine petite et non chauffée. Bref, un hôtel qui serait convenable pour une nuit à 100-200€ mais pas 700.

This property had friendly staff and the room was fine in terms of size for a Florence hotel. The bed was not super comfortable and the sheets were so thin! Would not recommend room service as the upcharge is really expensive. But we slept, it was relatively quiet and clean, and the area is great.

This was our 2nd stay, we needed a hotel with parking. As soon as we pulled up we were quickly greeted and helped with our bags and our car was taken to the parking garage. Staff was very friendly. Lobby is beautiful,rooms could use updating but we're very clean. Location is great!
