“The apartment was really well located. Close to canals but not directly in the busy centre. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk to rail station and near bus stop for Costa Nova. Inside was recently refurbished. Bed was comfy. More thought required for kitchen- corkscrew but no wine glasses, good knives but tiny chopping board, espresso cups but no coffee maker. Toilet would be a challenge for large people.”

“Check in was not good… they gave us the wrong code, we couldn’t get in. The garage fob was not on site like they said.”

“Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The host was extremely friendly and gave us many great tips on places to visit, including Águeda, Aveiro, Costa Nova, and Barra, as well as recommendations for local restaurants and regional treats. The house itself was excellent, with a spacious kitchen, impeccable cleanliness, and a lovely patio. Sharing the pool with others was also very easy and comfortable.”

Claudia, la propriétaire, nous a fait un accueil chaleureux et nous a expliqué un peu l’histoire d’Aveiro, en nous mentionnant les points incontournables à ne pas manquer. Je recommande cet hébergement à 100%! ☺️”

“The shower door needs a handle. The nail on the bathroom floor is a hazard. Maybe fix the door stop. One garbage bag, a bottle of water would of been nice. Clean, building haleways are loud. Fine overall”

“After sending 8 emails regarding the cancellation of this reservation I was suprised and amused to get yet another AI generated email that said how pleased you were to host us. I would suggest that Guest Ready ditch the AI and provide REAL HUMANS to actually read emails and care enough to provide a real response to problems. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.”

“The property is excellent but managed by a company. So there is a delay in response if you have any questions or need anything. Otherwise fantastic location, very clean property and amenities were great”
