“Overall, the house was nice and communication with David was excellent. When the family wanted to have the pool heated, he was very quick to respond. The only thing we found odd was the layout of the house. It is essentially 2 separate apartments with no interior stairs joining them. As we were one family using the main kitchen upstairs for meals, this was inconvenient. Also, the laundry area is on the outside of the ground floor entrance. We appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly.”

“This condo was beautiful. Decorated nicely with modern updates. We were disappointed that was actually NOT a "direct oceanfront" unit, rather a side unit. Views were beautiful, as there was not a building next door to obstruct the view. However, I messaged Vacasa prior to booking and asked if this was a "direct oceanfront condo" and Odelet B. replied that is was "oceanfront". Obviously our definitions of "oceanfront" differ.
