“The amenities for this property were great, and the grounds were beautiful, but the property itself wasn’t very clean. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets and there were bugs in the loft. Some of the lights didn’t work. There was no salt or pepper & we had to buy our own coffee and extra toilet paper etc. So if you’re going, bring everything you need. The phones were answered by an answering service who knew nothing about the property and could only page the management. We had fun but we were...

“Property was great - well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Big Canoe while waiting to close on a new house. The directions for check-in should include the unit number, not just the building number. That was a little confusing but otherwise the place is very nice for a stay in Big Canoe.”

“Great spacious and clean 2-story condo! Excellent location in Big Canoe! Large screened in outdoor patio was a great spot to relax.”

“The host was insane. Said I broke a cup and tried to charge me an extra 100.”

“This is the ultimate stay for the business traveler. Walking distance to all main attractions in the area. Very safe area and would highly recommend this facility. We actually stayed here for a baseball tournament and all fields were basically 30 mins away. Again very ample for our needs.”

“The view from the balcony was so peaceful. The unit was spotless and well-equipped. We had a wonderful visit.”

“I had a very relaxing weekend stay. The entire process was straightforward, I had everything I needed for the weekend plus some.”

“Quick response from host. Very clean. Easy check in/ out process. Would 100% recommend!”

“The room was perfect for our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Communication was a 10! Wish we were able to enjoy getting in the pool, it was closed because of the city, not because of the property. We were able to sit around the pool and it was nice. There are many places to eat at within walking distance. The covered parking is a plus!! Would stay here again.”

“Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We ran into a small snag at the gate when we arrived, but Matthew was very responsive and had the issue resolved quickly. Matthew was a wonderful host, and I would highly recommend his condo. The condo is also pet friendly, but a small deposit is requested. In the end, we decided not to bring our pet. One suggestion for future guests who are coffee drinkers, be...

“Excellent property! Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely beautiful property with a view perfect for our July 4th long weekend family of 4. Loved the proximity to the beach club. You can tell the home is very loved and cared for with attention to detail (like new sink sponge, festive throw pillows and napkins). We did arrive to a broken upstairs AC, but the hosts were quick to address it and make it right with minimal disruption to our stay (our kids didn’t mind an air mattress). Whoever is next will get a brand new AC unit! Would absolutely...

“Highly recommend! Great host very accommodating and very responsive! Will definitely be ba k. Very clean and great location!”

“The place had not received a proper cleaning prior to our arrival. It was below the standard we expect. The manager tried to resolve the issues but we won't be renting here again.”

“Great stay. Would definitely stay there again”
