“Really kind people very easy to come in and out the place was clean everything workedThe host and his staff were very attentive and even let me check in a little bit early as I got confused flying in from the East Coast as to what time it wasIt’s not a short walk into the center of town, or I would’ve given the the location five starsAnd ignore the bad reviews. I don’t know what people expect at this price level, but my guess is they’re pampered rich white folks who aren’t used to seeing anybody……

“Host was responsive to messages. I had an issue with the lock box that was brought to their attention and wasn't fixed. Although my stay was very short, so maybe there wasnt enough time to fix the battery issue. This is a basement apartment so you can hear the host family as mentioned in the listing. However at times it was LOUD, light fixtures and mirror on the wall would shake. Maybe they don't realize how much the sound travels. The area was clean and well lit outside at night for my dogs and……

“If you are looking for a place that is close and convenient to everything, then book this place!! Everything we wanted to see was within a short distance of the property. The location was perfect and was in a safe neighborhood. The host was super friendly and very attentive to any needs! They were also very quick with communication. If you want a stress free stay in Colorado Springs within driving distance to anything you may want to do...book this property!!”

“We were looking forward to returning back to our old neighborhood. Unfortunately, the house was in really bad shape. My daughter and I cleaned the house everyday in ordered to stay in that location. Its a long journey up the stairs to the top of the rental unit. Living with multiple sclerosis, I specifically called the Host prior to the booking to confirm the property was accessible. I was told, "there is a few steps to the house." There is no way for a person with a disability could even climb……
