“When we stepped into our room, we were greeted by a toothpick on the carpeted floor, all the lampshades were cockeyed, and only every other lightbulb worked. I registered for three adults, yet there were only two washcloths. The back of the bathroom door was covered in scratch marks and peeling paint. The HVAC unit under the window was extremely loud and smelled like something in it was burning. And, when I attempted to turn the armed mirror to the magnifying side, the whole unit came off the……

“It is exactly the type of hotel our family needed. EVERYONE we encountered (the front desk staff-day, evening and night shifts, bartenders, the cleaning crew-rooms, and kitchen team) was super helpful and very friendly. We really enjoyed the facility and the amenities. Great visit to Colorado Springs!”

“The hotel was immaculate, staff were very helpful and there was plenty of parking. The only thing that I had a slight problem with that annoyed me a little was a housekeeper going down the hall tapping on doors to remind people it was near check out time. We are all adults and not my first and will not be the last time I stay at a hotel. I am aware of checkout time.”

“Clean room with comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic. The shower had good water pressure. My only issue is the water took quite a while to drain out of the tub. Overall though very nice place!”
