“Front dest women was very rude and loud to the quests in front of us and ourselves. Like a nean robotic delivery. The toilet was broken, and other guests said bad broken toilets too! The chairs were filthy and very stained. The breakfast was just fine and the woman taking care of it was on top of it!”

“I thought when I made the reservation I wa staying in the castle not a lodge. I made the assumption based on the site the rooms were named. Some hotels do that. So I was disappointed to be spending the night in a lodge in basically the basement. Room was clean. Shower was hot, breakfast was basic. Scrambled eggs good. Fruit. Some mystery casseroles. The jutting rock formations were larger than life. Got to finally see some Rams. Big ones and a small family of them the next morning and deer.……

“The last time we stayed here we were very impressed with the breakfast which was part of the reason we booked here.They had made to order omelets included.Now it is $6.99 per person. Also we checked in 1 1/2 hours before the check in time at 4;00 and were charged $20.00 for early check-in. Probably will not stay here again.”
