“Clean and well kept”

“Very nice hotel, good service, large and clean rooms, especially very convenient parking, I will choose here next time!!”

“Not enough coffee with the in room coffee maker, no option for hot water for tea. A microwave would be nice. The minibar refrigerator was so small we could barely fit in our own items that needed to stay cool. They said we could have had a free small fridge if we asked. Two shampoos but no body wash in the shower. The mattress is long overdue for a change out we kept rolling towards the center. We stayed here in May and were in a better room that time. Nice hotel just a little pricey for……

“Good experience ”

“Some of the front counter staff were rude. The hotel was freezing and several people were complaining. Not enough elevators to handle the amount of traffic in peak season. Breakfasts and happy hour food was rotated every day for three days and then rotated over again. If you’re there for more than three days you may be disappointed. They did have a staff member making fresh pancakes at breakfast. That was a plus. The free happy hour drinks were a nice bonus but they only had one bartender which……
