This well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bath townhome offers both comfort and convenience, located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown, Colorado State University, and top local attractions. Whether you’re traveling for business, a family visit, or a longer-term work assignment, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing and productive stay.

We welcome well-behaved pets under 20 pounds for an additional fee of $20 per night. If you’re planning a stay longer than one week, please reach out! I’m happy to discuss a custom rate for extended stays.

Onsite Pool Access:

Open from May 24 to September 14.
Lap swim hours are 6:00–9:00 AM
General swim from 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.
Note: No lifeguard on duty September 2–14 and pool access is not always opened due to weather or keyfob issues.

This property appears to be fairly new. There are plenty of amenities. The master bedroom was spacious as was the guest bedroom. Parking was very easy. The check-in process was fast and simple. The host was fantastic and very responsive and accommodating.There is some mention about noise from trains. We never heard any train during the time that we were there except one time we heard a horn twice in the far distance and you could barely hear it. I’m not sure where that feedback is coming from but it is not a concern to be worried about.The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are well stocked.Overall, I would highly recommend this property.
