“Booked this place because of the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working when we arrived. They didnt seem to care. Rooms were ok. They we nice enough to let us use the breakfast area in the evening to hang out.”

“We usually stop here on our way up north and the hotel always seems to be going through changes. I made my reservation through Expedia and when we arrived the room they gave us was not what I had reserved.
