"Room was nice and clean. The air conditioner rattled a little bit but it kept the room nice and cool. I didn't get to see the pool as we got in too late but what we did see of the property was clean. Breakfast was fine. The train goes by often, no horns. So if you're expecting a night of total silence, I'm not sure where else you'd go. This was a good, worry free place to sleep comfortably. I recommend taking a short ride across the river to get gas because CA prices at gas stations are outrageous. Indian restaurant right across the parking lot, good location. Would stay here again."

"We had a fantastic four-night stay! The house was very clean, well organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient for the area we needed to be in.The host was excellent and very responsive, answering any questions we had throughout our stay. We really appreciated the great communication and hospitality.The only minor recommendations I would have would be to add a few more cooking utensils to the kitchen and possibly improve the internet connection. The internet was a little finicky at times, but it was noticeably better than what we experienced during our previous stay.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again!"

"I had a great stay at the Avi. It was only a one night stay but it was nice to be back since the Avi was a play that my Dad and I used to enjoy and it brought back great memories."

"Loved the property, very clean although upon entering the house did have a distinct smell of cigarettes. Also 1 room was missing the remote so the TV was unusable. Other than that, very clean and reasonable. Thank you for renting us your home."
