“When you drive up to the hotel it kind of look sketchy. When checking in the staff gave us a room on the lower level they call “the basement” walking down it smelled pretty bad. The Room was your average motel, looked like they just painted the walls, bathroom was old and toilet barely flushed. The pool looked dirty. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures they advertised. The only thing decent was the breakfast, we checked in as 4 guest but was only given 2 breakfast vouchers. Definitely……

“I check in Tuesday, every single day I have to request a new key to get into my room. Friday as I was in my room somebody else got into my room. They gave my room to somebody else, my reservation was until Sunday. My key once again stop working. TERRIBLE! ”

“Smelly. Dirty. Sheets clearly unchanged from previous guest. Multiple cockroaches. burnt out lights. Battery missing from smoke detector. Definitely overpriced for poor living conditions. Not enough soap and toiletries. Dirty toilet. Paint falling off. Shower damaged. Clearly extremely neglected. ”

“Property was okay the floor had a lot of stains and our AC had duck tape on it to hold it up but if you’re looking for breakfast in the morning you might want to go somewhere else. There was not anything for me and my family in the morning besides dry cereal and coffee.”
