I actually love that they put blankets on the sofa and chair as I hate sitting on worn and dirty furniture. Coffee, cookies and ice are such a nice touch! Having had a 2nd home in Havasu for 20 years, it was so nice not to worry about cleaning and maintaining when visiting our boat! This will be our go to for smaller trips to town for sure!”

The condo was very clean, well stocked with the essentials, pots pans, plates, etc... I would not only recommend this unit but will definitely keep it in mind for our next Havasu trip and book it if it's available.”
