“Check in was easy and the staff member was very professional. We had a very enjoyable time at this establishment. The room was clean and had all working amenities within. The hotel has a gym that I was able to use; it also has a pool; parking was very convenient. The hotel is situated in a great location, close to many areas for sightseeing and visiting, such as Laughlin, the river of course, Needles, Lake Havasu and Arizona cities of Bullhead and Mojave.”

“Staff was great. Check-in was quick. Room is very basic. A bit dated. No USB ports, no fridge, no coffeemaker. But very clean and smells fresh. Sheets are spotless. ”

“The room needed to be vacuumed. We had extremely inadequate phone reception. The FREE Internet speed was also poor. The shower, even after allowing them to run.....forever, never even got to tepid. COLD shower before bed, and tried again in the early morning, still no warm water. Although the least expensive around, for another $2, the place down the road included breakfast. We had to walk halfway through the casino to find a cup of coffee. The room did not smell of tobacco smoke, but everything……
