Everything is very dirty from the common areas to the rooms, all of the towels are stained, everything looks outdated and there are roaches everywhere, the pool is unusable do to how dirty it looks, all the pool chairs and unbrellas are broken and dirty. If you only want to sleep and only sleep you can pay the money. If you are planning a longer and some how confortable stay then skip this one specially if you have kids!!

At check in the front desk attendant was very friendly and made our check in fast and easy. Lobby was simple and clean. The room was clean and spacious.

Not handicap accessible. With a weekly stay you get a bigger refrigerator but they keep weekly guest in the top floor. Due to no elevator, my brother and I have to stay in the bottom floor with the mini fridge. When asked about the larger refrigerator they said they’re many people in line to receive it before us but it’s only cause we’re handicapped that we don’t have one. No handicap accessible rooms either. My brother has to use the bathroom with the door open and risk hurting himself taking a bath due to no handles on the bathtub. Definitely not accessible for handicap guest!

I came from out of state and stayed for two nights to attend my mother's funeral. The day of the funeral I arrived back to my room to find my door wide open with no one around. Apparently there was annual ac cleaning that they didn't think to make people aware of. All of my personal items were out as I wasn't expecting a group of strangers to be inside my room. The front desk wasn't very helpful regarding the situation , just stating that they would speak to the owner about it. I'm still highly upset about it all. I didn't receive any call,message or notification that they were going to have people out there. I still haven't had any contact from the front desk, the owner, or anyone regarding it.
