The host reached out in a timely manner and let us know the details of checking in, he also let us know that the day before, and after our reservation were available upon request. When I and my guest arrived on the day of our reservation, we found that the property had not been cleaned from the previous reservation. The host then contacted us and said they will have a cleaning crew to come over while we were there and clean, which made several people in my party uneasy. The cleaning crew was there less than 30 minutes and did a very minimal job. The host was very apologetic and offered to reimburse me the cleaning fee which he as yet to do a week later. We had to purchase cleaning supplies ourselves and had to wash all of the bedding upon arrival. We were told it was new bedding, but it was very wrinkled. Had hair all over it and down at the foot of the bed. You could tell where people had had their feet and there were stuff off the floor in the bed. All of this was brought to the attention of the cleaning manager and owner upon arrival. I guarantee it is 10 times cleaner than it was handed off to us because we spent the first two days of our trip cleaning. ![Slimy water leak in refrigerator three drawers that are removed.
