"The house was exactly as it looks in the photos. Very charming and clean. Also peaceful. Just be aware that the “2 twin beds in the common space” are the two (very hard) futons in the living room. My group was made up of seven 40-yr-old women and there was no way any of us could sleep on those things, so two of us ended up having to share one of the actual twin beds in a bedroom. I highly suggest taking an air mattress and your own pillows if you have more than 6 people over the age of 25!"

"I was pleased with the space. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the house was not great and the sheets had not been changed on the rollaway bed; there was dirt all over the bed."

"Huge old house with good bones, and a remodel in progress. The 3 bathrooms have been updated, and there are good beds, linens and towels. Some simple things like reading lights in the bedrooms, in addition to the ceiling light you have to get out of bed to turn off, would make it more liveable. The floors throughout are wood, and some rugs would make it quieter and more comfortable. "Stayed here at the end of the spring semester to help my son move out of his apartment and make the drive back to NC. Location is convenient to campus (25 minute drive) but far enough away to offer a peaceful stay. Owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. They also provided helpful local information before my stay. Rental was very clean and comfortable. Great river view."

"This house is in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the stadium & campus. The house felt bigger than we thought. There is another complete living area downstairs! There is a big deck with table & chairs and large kitchen with table and breakfast bar. The big screen TV was perfect place to enjoy watching Purdue basketball win!! We will visit again for sure!"

"The location was beautiful and quiet, and overall we had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again if we return to the area. The only issues were that the wifi password was nowhere to be found (host provided it after we texted), oven didn't seem to work and there was an unmarked somewhat large hole in outdoor deck where wood had rotted that could've led to injury if we stepped there without noticing it."
