Since it was over the winter holiday, the Christmas tree and decorations were nice homey touches and the rabbit and deer sightings made it extra special. Definitely recommend!”

Location is convenient to campus (25 minute drive) but far enough away to offer a peaceful stay. Owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. “The house was exactly as it looks in the photos. Very charming and clean. Also peaceful. Just be aware that the “2 twin beds in the common space” are the two (very hard) futons in the living room. My group was made up of seven 40-yr-old women and there was no way any of us could sleep on those things, so two of us ended up having to share one of the actual twin beds in a bedroom. I highly suggest taking an air mattress and your own pillows if you have more than 6 people over the age of 25!”

“2nd stay at this property. It’s a great house with a great back yard and close to our boys’ fraternity house. Perfect location for mom’s weekend. Cedric is a great host - communication is great. Just wish I would’ve snagged the house for 2025 graduation!”

“Huge old house with good bones, and a remodel in progress. The 3 bathrooms have been updated, and there are good beds, linens and towels. Some simple things like reading lights in the bedrooms, in addition to the ceiling light you have to get out of bed to turn off, would make it more liveable. The floors throughout are wood, and some rugs would make it quieter and more comfortable. Seven adults had plenty of space, and were happy with our choice to stay in this classy old home instead of at a……
