“We could not use the water in the staff was not helpful or apologetic. We cannot use the gym. The tub did not drain in the bathroom.”

“Very few positive aspects. Out of the three front desk clerks, two of them were polite and helpful. Mattress was ok. Cleanliness of room was acceptable. Breakfast items were edible. Coffee was good. The location in Zionsville was convenient. Negative aspects include an extraordinarily surly, aggressive and unhelpful front desk clerk immediately upon arrival, very loud guests in the hallway at midnight hours for a long period of time, broken elevator trapped guests and required loud emergency……
