“What a cute little kitschy place to stay!! Pool was lovely and the brook that runs along the back. The owner was so nice and helpful. Beds were “momma bear” ( very soft) very clean and great location. Thanks for a fun stay!!!”

“The staff were very nice. The rooms were dated but the bed was super comfortable. The bedspread was dirty and in the morning there were two mouse poops in the bed. The air conditioner was from 1975 and did not work. The bathroom was clean.”

“Room was 4 out of 10 rated, bathroom door was coming of the top hinge so door would not close you lift it up, door knob didn’t lock, closet door was dropped of the track, the first morning we woke up and went out, house keeping cape to clean room they made bed put clean towels but didn’t vacuum at all, talked to the front desk about the problem I was having but he didn’t seem to feel bad about or apologize for the problem, he sent someone to fix the problem and only kind of fixed hinged problem,……

“Staying here was a unique experience because the hotel is full of historic charm and character. The rooms were quirky but clean, and the window air conditioners kept them comfortably cool even on hot days. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a shared bathroom between the rooms, which worked well for us. The only downside was the clawfoot bathtub, which made showering a bit challenging. The location was excellent—right on the main street with plenty of restaurants and charming shops just steps……
