I never did see the outside pool! Where was it? Everything was wonderful.The room as exceptionally clean, the staff at the reception desk we friendly and helpful. Had dinner one night and one breakfast. Both were good. We are planning on visiting again this year. Waiting to get announcement of 50% discount. Because we are physically limited, we need to have a room with a parking space.I realize that you are limited for space, but parking across the road would be a problem for me. I would not be able to cross quickly and there are a lot of cars driving quickly. You have a wonderful establishment and we hope to stay again!!!

The owner has just taken possession so going forward it should get better. Pool was not open and disgusting. Our friend had a cockroach on his toothbrush.

Plenty of towels and bedding. The two pools and multiple hot tubs, and sauna provided great after skiing entertainment. The shuttle didn't run for NH vacation week but it's an easy drive across street to mountain. The staff stayed on top of plowing and shoveling. The electric heat is a little erratic in the unit with the loft sometimes feeling like summer. Front desk is well staffed and ready to assist.

Amazing experience. The resort was beautiful, views amazing, beds very comfortable, staff was super nice and helpful. The kids had so much fun with the farm animals and activities. Game room has all free games and hours of entertainment for my two. The breakfast was so good, we will definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly The room was wonderful, very clean and quiet. Loved the hot tub, it was nice and big and very clean. Breakfast was delicious! It was our first time staying here, will definitely go back again!
