Disappointed and will NOT recommend I contacted the Parklane directly before my trip , double confirmed it was 2x bed rooms , 2 bathrooms. however, only 1 bathroom. a Stair inside the room, BUT no one mentioned it during my conversation to hotel before booking, and no indication in webpage. Absolute not enough HOT water for bathing in Feb 2-8 degree . One good thing is best location.

The apartment was great - getting in the property was tricky at first as code didn't work and property manager didn't respond but beyond that was good. the hallway and elevator was very dirty on arrival. the apartment was good though. nice size/quality
