“comfortable, clean, conviniently located for our trip”

“I would like to say that the staff are some of the nicest people I’ve encountered while traveling. Expedia messed up with the payment and it was a 2 hour process to undo it. But the hotel staff were amazing and did everything in their power to resolve the issue.”

“The rooms did not have any curtains. So the outside parking lights are shining in your room all night and in the morning you’re awoken the crack of dawn because there’s no filter. The elliptical machine in the fitness center never worked the entire time. I was there, even though I mentioned it to the staff. The view is atrocious.”

“We made sure to get a "suite" with a king bed and a pull out couch to sleep our family of 4. We realized there was no bedding for the pull out couch in the room so we went down to the front desk. They gave us a sheet, blanket and 1 pillow. I asked for another pillow since there were 2 children sleeping on the bed. We were denied another pillow because they come in sets and are only allowed 1 set per room. My husband also got a noise complaint called into our room for the 2 kids and I walking……

“Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and no major complaints. The only thing I found a bit surprising was that a room of this size did not have a king-size bed. As for breakfast, I think it could be improved by offering a wider selection of cheeses and yogurts.”

“Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Kitchenette was good with microwave and mini fridge, basic dishes. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Good location with Mary Jane’s restaurant bar next door had excellent food and nice atmosphere. My only small suggestion would be to put variable light switches so you could turn down the lighting at night. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Perryville.”

“The hotel was largely vacant, with several areas boarded up. The entrance had dirty floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and there was no attendant at the front desk; instead, a kiosk was available for assistance. Inside our room, we noticed a few hairballs on the floor, and the mirrors were dirty. When my daughter accidentally spilled her water bottle, I used a towel to dry the floor, but the towel turned black after wiping up the spill. It was clear that the room hadn’t been swept or mopped in……
