Sat in the common areas for 10 minutes to appreciate the nice decor, but as soon as peeked in to the restaurant, were seen to the door by the hotel manager, telling us to leave as they were closed. It was a grotesque situation. Unwelcoming attitude. Unapologetic. Won’t be coming back."

"Property was nice and good location. However cleanliness wasn't great - when we checked into our room I found hairs from previous occupants in the shower on the wall and the floor which is poor. Breakfast was ok but very busy and it was hard to find a table to sit at at peak times, even though you had to put your name down for what time you would be attending breakfast. Staff were friendly. The room is very basic but clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent. You need to make reservation early, otherwise the next restaurant might be 20 minutes to town. The hotel has a very nice fitness center with a swimming pool, sauna rooms etc I enjoyed very much. You can rent a bike for free from the hotel right to town or outside like a local. Nyborg is a very small but Beautiful and quiet town. I enjoyed my stay very much. "
