“Washing machine but no clothes horse!
Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning.
On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack”
“This was our 2nd time there. Location is great! But did find the hotel to be runner down a little. The bathroom had mold which affected my son’s allergy and we had to get moved. It wasn’t the 4 star feel we were anticipating. The main restaurant is no longer at La carte daily and it’s a Buffett. We ate there on our 1st night and the options were very limited and we ended up eating pasta and fries which were not great for 25 euro per person! Should have ordered Uber Eats!”
“Overall bad experience, firstly the room was dirty about checkin and had to wait an hour to get it cleaned. Upon checkout, there was a bogus bar charge on my bill, I brought it up and they showed me a receipt with some other name on it. The check out person seemed annoyed and claimed that they would have it handled - it was not and now I have a charge on my credit card to deal with.”
“Everything was perfect. Such a classy place and excellent value for money. It wasn’t too crowded and the room was absolutely beautiful. Thank you to all the staff who were so kind and welcoming”
“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……
