“It’s a nice spacious property especially if you book residence with many pools and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Only few things that we found can make stay even better but not something that will be deal breaker. If you like late night snacks or room services there are no facility after 10:30 at the hotel premises but you can order food from Uber eats. As it’s a big place it can do with having a grocery store or convenience store on premises. Secondly no private beach,……

“The property was beautiful and secluded which made for a relaxing stay but the issue that brought the stay down was in hostility of the reception staff. Upon checking in, we were allocated a room with a patio that open straight onto the public walkway of the resort. We paid for a room with a balcony. We asked the reception staff if we could be given a room with a balcony like we paid for and we even said we were happy to moves rooms at any point in our stay. The room change didn’t have to be……

“Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack”

“Great free breakfast available, close to all the beaches, and entertainment”

“This was our 2nd time there. Location is great! But did find the hotel to be runner down a little. The bathroom had mold which affected my son’s allergy and we had to get moved. It wasn’t the 4 star feel we were anticipating. The main restaurant is no longer at La carte daily and it’s a Buffett. We ate there on our 1st night and the options were very limited and we ended up eating pasta and fries which were not great for 25 euro per person! Should have ordered Uber Eats!”

“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“Hotels not that big. Perfect really. Had a great time with the family, made it feel relaxed and peaceful. Theres just a few things that need improving, we found spiders and ants in my room. We could never quite figure out the lights. The Pool closed 7pm which I felt was a bit early, especially being in the Summer. They also do BBQ nights on Thursday… when we called it was fully booked. We would have loved to have experienced it, so perhaps encouraging guests to reserve in advance would help or……

“The hotel main building is not pretty to look at. But the apartment units were pleasant and functional. A fair hike to the beach.”

“I totally recommend this property for people who just want to have excellent experience. SPA is beautiful, Rita is perfect therapist, territory is very green, clean and neat, pools are amazing.Front desk and all staff is friendly and helpful. Food is really tasty in restaurants . You have selection of restaurants on the territory. There is beautiful golf course in front of your property, I enjoyed playing there. especially thanks to Kan Jo restaurant and Chef Joax and staff they arrange……

“I must say this place topped all my expectations! Staff was moore than friendly. So heartwarming people! Ready to help at any moment. Not only rooms but all areas were super clean! Breakfast was very good, you had everything u needed. Pool area very very nice. Parking lot was nooo issue at all. U have plenty of space. If i were to go back to this region. I would definitely want to go back to stay at this place. We had a car so it was convenient to get everywhere, which also was very near to……
